Kingsbury Policies


Terms : All invoices are issued with terms of Net 30.
Orders are not shipped whenever there are past due invoices.

Returns: Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
DO NOT return merchandise without first calling Kingsbury
for a Return Authorization # at 888-223-4095. Enclose a copy of
the packing slip and write the RA # on the outside of box.

Samples: Samples are billed as a MEMO to the attention of the buyer
and may be returned within 30 days to avoid charges.

Shortages: Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt, in writing or by fax.

Delivery: Stock uniforms are usually shipped 24-72 hours from date order
is received, after credit approval. UPS ground can take 5-7 working days in transit.

Embroidery: 10-15 working days from first time embroidery approval and receipt of goods.

Custom: A first time custom uniform order requires sample approval. Cut & sew delivery
is 6-8 weeks upon receipt of fabric and final sample approval. Minimum on the initial custom order
is 60 pieces, 36 pieces for re-orders.
Re-orders do not require sample approval, so cut & sew delivery is 6-8 weeks upon
receipt of fabric. Los Angeles is the #1 apparel manufacturing center in the U.S.. 90% of
the fabric we use in our uniforms is from reliable, quality fabric vendors that keep stock
in Los Angeles, allowing us to offer quick delivery. Custom orders may require a deposit.

Custom woven jacquards require sample approval before weaving. It takes 4-6 weeks to weave
a custom fabric after sample approval. Cut & sew delivery is 6-8 weeks upon receipt of the fabric.
Custom fabric orders may require a deposit, an open purchase order or letter of intent.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change and volume discount. Quotations are valid for 90 days.
